The Challenge!

Sometimes things in life come in ways that we least expect them to, which is why it's important to always be aware and keep our eyes open. We never know when someone may need our help and we have to be open to whatever may come our way! Audra Sampley has come my way and asked for help on her journey to weight loss and life change. She leads a busy life as a mother of 3, a wife and a student. She has a goal to lose over 100 pounds and dreams of one day building centers to impact women that are in her shoes and to tell them when they think that they can't, they can!

The most challenging part is that she and I are working together all the way from Los Angeles, California to Prattville, Alabama! Hard as it may sound, there is alot of heart behind this, and where there is passion and heart, amazing things happen! Over the next year we are going to journey through her weight loss together to experience her transformation. With a focus on mindset and determination, she is going to make it!

Join us on this journey and watch as her life changes. Follow us through blogging, journaling and videos to experience just how it feels to be in her shoes as she goes down the path of change. Times may be tough, but I have no doubt that Audra will succeed! Go AUDRA!

  2. Great support already! I am loving this!! :-) Just a few tips from someone who's been through the ups and downs of a weight loss journey.....remember to keep it simple (especially with workouts and food - focus on moving your body every day (even if it's 10 minutes of stretching) and focus on whole foods ... foods from mother nature); Try not to be hard on yourself - every day is a chance to do things different so don't get down on yourself!; Focus on the FUN! There will be days when it doesn't seem so fun, but just remember that its normal to feel that way, and try to focus on the positive!! You will do AWESOME Audra!!
    Much love!
